Southern Magic
These terms apply to tickets purchased for Southern Magic at Bodega Wine Dive, 3505 Country Club Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70605.
Southern Magic is presented by Aaron Baca Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket to Southern Magic and attending the show, you ("you" or "guest") agree to the terms below. Please read them, and contact us if anything is unclear.
All ticket prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown is the cost of admission. A service fee of $3.50 per ticket is added and is displayed clearly before you pay.
Ticket prices and seating tiers are listed on the ticket page at the time of purchase.
Seating is sold in pairs, so the number of tickets in your order will always be an even number and should match the number of people attending.
We may limit how many tickets one person can buy in a single order. Orders that exceed those limits, including multiple orders sharing a name, email, phone number, or billing information, may be canceled.
If a performance is canceled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to contact ticket holders using the email and phone number on the order. Refund or exchange details will be provided at that time.
Keeping your contact information accurate at checkout is how we reach you.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date.
Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to give your seats to someone else. Let us know the name of the person attending in your place so check-in goes smoothly.
It is your responsibility to confirm the date, time, and location before purchasing.
After purchase you will receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us. We are not responsible for a missed performance caused by a confirmation email that was not received or not read.
Doors and check-in open at 7:00 PM. The show begins at 7:30 PM and runs about one hour with no intermission.
Seats are assigned at check-in. You will receive a card showing where you are sitting. The front two rows, VIP and Signature, are reserved. All other seats are assigned in order of arrival, so arriving early means a better seat.
Only one person from your party needs to check in, under the name on the order.
Guests arriving after the show has begun will be seated at our discretion and the venue's, based on what is available at that moment. Because the room is small and the show is close up, late seating may be delayed until a natural break.
Reserved front row seats that are unclaimed at showtime may be released. No refund or credit is given in that case.
Southern Magic is for ages 14 and up. The material is clean, but the pacing and humor are built for a grown-up audience.
Cocktail attire. Please no shorts, sneakers, t-shirts, tank tops, or baseball caps.
Your ticket is a revocable license to attend. We and the venue may refuse or revoke admission.
Disorderly conduct, intoxication, abusive or vulgar language, disruption of the performance, or failure to follow these terms or venue staff instructions may result in removal without a refund.
You are welcome to take photographs before, during, and after the show. We love it when you share them.
Please do not record video during the performance. Video recording of the show is not permitted and may result in removal.
Please silence your phone before the show begins.
Dinner at Bodega Wine Dive is a separate arrangement between you and the restaurant and is not included in your ticket. Payment for dinner is made to Bodega directly on the night of the show, and a 20% gratuity is added automatically.
If you plan to eat before the show, a reservation is required and must be made between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Call Bodega directly at (337) 564-6989 and allow an hour and a half before showtime. The show runs about an hour, so dining after the show is also an option.
We do not control the restaurant's availability, timing, or service.
By attending, you release Aaron Baca Productions LLC, Bodega Wine Dive, and their owners, staff, and affiliated parties from liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss occurring at or in connection with the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold those parties harmless from claims arising out of your own actions or conduct at the event.
You are responsible for your personal belongings.
The show is photographed and filmed. By attending, you grant Aaron Baca Productions LLC and the venue permission to photograph, film, and record you, and to use your name, voice, image, and likeness in promotional, advertising, editorial, and archival material, in any medium, worldwide, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
If you would prefer not to appear in photography or video, tell us at check-in and we will do our best to seat you accordingly.
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order.
